Marion Nash   AMAC ANLP

I am a coach, mediator and trainer living in Warwickshire, travelling extensively to my clients. I am passionate about making a difference to people’s working lives.

I coach for transformation to help clients think differently as well as behave and manage situations differently. I offer high challenge, together with high support in a coaching relationship that is a reflective, explorative and solutions-focussed partnership.

Qualified to Professional Mediation Association standards, I recognise the value, on so many levels, that mediation brings to resolving conflict and motivation, and so the renewal of performance and job satisfaction, for teams.  This work additionally draws on my coaching and NLP skills and experience.

My breadth of experience has given me insight and real understanding into the problems and challenges that arise as a result of business and career pressures. I understand the dynamics of business and personal transition; the challenges clients face as they work through the challenges of change and conflict and how to support people to overcome those challenges.
