It’s been some weeks since I’ve had the time to put together a blog as I’ve been developing the offer from Future Focus Thinking to be able to provide a really skilled service in mediation and conflict coaching. As you can see from the updates on the website, this is now an exciting reality – and we are actually mid mediation at the moment. However, I thought it would be good to say hello – and to share this fun and thought provoking story; just saying the right words doesn’t mean you’re saying the right thing.
